Philosophy

Mahatma Gandhi said, “Be the change that you wish to see in the world.” It is against this background that I strive to be that teacher who will be part of the transformation that is currently exists, one that challenge the status quo and to add my own taste and flavor to the field of education. It is an incontrovertible fact our students are digital natives, there are being consumed by technological devices and as such, the question becomes how do we reach them? My philosophy emphasis the idea of getting in line and not being left behind, this simply means that I am going to get line and develop the requisite skills and expertise so that I can expand students; understanding, critical thinking and problem solving skills by integrating them in the teaching and learning process with technological tools, online platforms, web 2.0 tools, digital assessment tools as well as other tools.

It is to see teachers having these tools to create an atmosphere to meet the needs of students and to maximize learning outcomes, to ensure that if in a particular context, they know how to fit in and get things going. It is to see teachers moving forward, and to be integrated in the technological revolutionized world so that they can develop students to meet the demand of the global world.
